Well hey there ya’ll!  Welcome to our new venture!  As our friends know, when you follow us, you never know what you will find us doing.  We are a southern family of 4 who live on the city/suburb line and have a “mini farm” complete with chickens, a green house, and a huge garden {coming soon!}.  DIY is our motto!  We always have our hands in some project but try to make the time to “sit a spell” on our front porch.

The hubby and I are high school sweethearts who have known each other my entire life.  Since we dated, we dreamed of building our own home and family.  In 2004 we started building our family and added 2 sweet girls within the first 3 years of marriage.  We’ve renovated 2 homes, and in 2015 built our farmhouse.  What an adventure our life is!
